After working with Jeff at Studio 321, We finally get it. We have remodeled 4 homes each with new tiled bathrooms and showers. Unfortunately, we have experienced two water damaged claims, countless issues with grouting and overall disappoint in workmanship. Lesson learned, we should have used Studio 321! I am building a new home and have been looking for tile for the past 5 months. I have looked at the big box stores, online of course, and never gave Studio 321 a shot. I was of the opinion that a smaller tile store wouldn't have enough options for me. I was wrong! As soon as I walked in, the owner Jeff greeted me and truly took an interest in me. He asked all the right questions to get an idea of the style of the home, our price range, etc. Jeff then proceeds to walk over and pulls this porcelain marble off the shelf. He brings it over and says "What do you think?" and he described the tile to me in detail. He then proceeded to put additional details with the tile and within 30 minutes of walking in the store, I had my tile picked out for my Master and Guest Showers! All I can say is anyone that is building or remodeling a home knows that picking out tile is probably the hardest part of the project. Big THANK YOU to Jeff and Dawn for making this process SO easy!

I can't say enough good things about Studio 321. I'm working on a whole house renovation and needed flooring and backsplash tile for multiple rooms. I first visited their showroom because they were the only authorized dealer of Walker Zanger Tile in the Hickory, NC area. In addition to Walker Zanger, Studio 321 carries an array of other tiles that you will never see in the big box stores. Jeff was a tremendous help in narrowing down the myriad of options available and had an impeccable eye for detail. He obtained numerous glass mosaic samples for me for items that I saw in store catalogs and provided multiple layout options. My contractor has his own tile layer, so I can't comment on Studio 321's installation services. But with Jeff's expertise, I'm sure their work is meticulous.

Studio 321 has cutting edge products for all your designing needs for your Kitchen, Bath, Flooring and design elements. I was amazed at the craftsmanship that they offered. The showroom is in this cute stone building and shows so many unique and quality items in their space and actually show you the ideas throughout their showroom that you need to set off your own space. I was so pleased with the ideas they gave me on how to make my home efficient and pretty...the truth was in the pudding when my friends paid me those complements!

They also have their own installer Hartman Tile and Marble which always dealt with us in a very professional and trusting way. We particularly appreciated Jeff keen eye for detail and quality work. Jeff and his great crew always did what they promised,on time every time which resulted in a great experience for us.

I initially went to Studio 321 to look at their selections of tiles. My home has a European feel but I wanted this guest bath to have a more transitional feel. Found the perfect combination of three marble tiles that I loved but what made this experience special was the input I received from Jeff the owner. Upon coming out to look at the space, he made two important suggestions concerning the actual layout of walls for the bathroom. I decided to use his suggestions and the bathroom is so much better. So if you are looking for not just tiles but someone who can objectively give you ideas, I would strongly recommend this company.

I contacted Jeff after I had already picked my granite and my cabinets, and asked him to help me with a backsplash. I had, inadvertently, picked whites in my granite and cabinets that did not go well together at all. Jeff came in at the very end and was able to find a backsplash that would incorporate all the elements I had already picked, and bring the whole room together. Kudos for a great job.
